President Biden has not charged Trump with anything. Even though the DOJ is under the purview of the Executive branch, there's no evidence to support the claim that President Biden is directing US AG. If you are concerned about the DOJ, or any other federal office that is under the purview of the Executive branch losing its independent functioning, then you must not vote for Trump. Project 2025 lays it our clearly that 1) they support Trump, and 2) that if he is elected they will enact their plan to "clean house" in a multitude of federal agencies, and install loyalists to Trump in those positions. That move is antithetical to the functioning of the US democracy.
