Greetings. The #7 waterman, as you can know, was released in two different series. One of the series is figured with the colored circle at the top of the cap, but only the circle. Other serie is the most common, with one white circle at each side of the colored circle. There two more colors (that means two other nib models ) wich is black, as a medium flexible nib, and the rarer gray circle, that means a fantastic oblique semi flexible nib, oblique shaped as a left foot, that means for a right hand writers.
Outstanding collection! I'm kind of an obsessed with sevens, and I dream of the day that I'll be able to have a similar collection! Good luck finding the remaining ones, and please, do post detailed videos about each pen, they are so gorgeous and stylish, and there isn't much on them on UA-cam. Thanks again for sharing this beauty of a collection!
Gabriel! Thank you! I actually acquired the Brown and Grey so all that's left is the Black! It's a tall order but I will make a video of each! Thanks for the kind words and happy collecting!
@@CraigRoccanova About 2 years ago, when I became very obsessed with the color nibs, I spent some time reading through the posts in the Fountain Pen group on Facebook. There I read about these pens and got in contact with some guys which had posted pictures of complete sets including the black one, and I learned a lot about them with those guys! They are incredible helpful and kind! One of them said that they all know who has this pen, and they also now when it changes hands! Pretty exclusive and fascinating
I had noticed previously you had a lot of what at first glance seemed like the same pen. "He must really like this pen" I thought Now I understand. Thanks for the explanation about these pens, cool to see. and congrats on the collection!
What a nice collection! I love waterman vintage pens! I have one 52 myself (without clip sadly but I got it for a good price because of it..) I want more but my bank account tells me otherwise 🤣 do you have any tips for getting nice Vintage waterman for not too much money ?:(
There are lots of eBay auctions for great pens for not a lot of money. Or try and go to a pen club or meet up or convention! There are always great deals to be found with traders! I took 5 of my “cheaper” pens and traded them at a show for better pens. Check out the Waterman’s group on Facebook as well!
You have an amazing Waterman collection. Recently bought a Waterman 12, love the flex. The issue i have is ink leaks/seeps through the barrel. Have you ever encountered this? If yes, how do you fix this?
Fascinating to follow the evolution of a targeted collection.
Lovely collection. Please let me know if you have, or come across an Ideal #7 with Red nib, for sale.
🔥What a fascinating vintage fountain pen collection!!!🔥
Excellent!
Lovely set. Very informative video. The colour coding reminds me of the coding for line width sizes of technical pens.
Very cool way to find a direction for the collection. Even cooler that you're using them. Love the keyhole breathers
Nice collection !!
Fantastic grouping !! :-)
Thank you Myk!

@@CraigRoccanova wow, congratulations! I've read there are about 10 blacks known to exist, right? Good luck with your hunt, and keep us posted!
@@9abe9 I HOPE there are more than just 10. They are hyper rare but I will be patient!

I’m not totally sure. It’s seeping through the barrel and not the section?
Near the section, but the leaks are in a few parts along the barrel. I can't really tell
