FYI, I've been driving that Trabi since '89 when I bought it secondhand. It still runs well today, only reason I have any form of insurance is because that's what's legally required in pretty much any American state to drive on the roads.

Windows 10 doesn't have Syskey anymore, he can't use it if the scammers have W10 on their pc's or laptops. I'm not tech savy enough to know if W10 and W11 have other ways of locking machines, like built in ones, not via remote access or ransomwares.
