Hate to ask a dumb question, but how coconutty does it taste? I have some super fussy people that aren’t crazy about coconut. Looks awesome and truly, can there ever really be too many cookies??
Eager to try this and would like to know if the ice cream has a heavy coconut taste or did the vanilla and condensed milk balance it out? Asking because my son is not a fan of coconut.
Yummy! I love coconut and have a lot of.the cans in storage. Great idea! Going to have fun with the mix ins and flavors. Mango and pineapple puree sounds good.
