How do you know what dose of quetiapine is right for you? I do not get this how people like you go all the way to 800 and then say this is not for me. For me every 25 increase represents a month of getting used to. Now the psychiatrist would want to put me on 300mg dose. If affects every one differently I hear and maybe for you 800 does not feel like it would for me. I know for sure at 300mg I would be a zombie.
