Saw him perform this in Goodhue, MN. Say what you want about his 'exaggerated' movements, but that's what helps EVERYONE-even the folks in the back-feel a performance when it's live. No one was complaining at the show. Beats the hell out of people who stand around in front of a mic never moving.
