- My trip to the big apple was one for the books! Tried out a bunch of new places, took in the most exquisite views, did yoga in nature, explored around Brooklyn, attended a NYFW event with UA-cam, walked from Tribeca to Williamsburg (lawwwd), drove for the first time in New York city, and overall had an amazing time ❤️

I'm from NY, you get all types of flavors when it comes to fashion. Dress down, dress up, in any environment. No one even notices it like that. No such thing as overdressed. 😂 You just wear what you want to wear and that's what I love about the city. You are more free to be than many other places.

I love the hotel you were in. So beautiful and clean and well put together. I always tell people coming here to NYC is amazing because there's so much to see. The best way to explore this city is to walk around and with comfortable shoes on. Every time i go downtown it gives me more reasons why i love living here. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself.

I was just in that area yesterday (I live across the water in Manhattan)! It's the Dumbo area! I also got ice cream there at the same place! I got the Black Cherry! Right around the corner from there is the Timeout Market, really good food!! I used to love driving Uber/Lyft in NY! ❤

Great video! I live in NY, and I do not eat in restaurants with trash either. Yuck. Planta is great, but you didn't order their signature items (Truffle fried rice, bao buns, etc.). Also, Ladybird is another great restaurant, especially for brunch. Glad you had a great trip and your fashions were on point!

That is odd that you were "overdressed." Especially for dinner in any urban city, at a place with a rooftop bar and during fashion week. I would have been more worried about being underdressed.
