It really is interesting that all the modern appliances that are so processor controlled are so vulnerable.
I'm glad I have all my old antiques that don't have any of that crap and work wonderfully.

i have a basic oil burning forced air furnace which works just fine on a generator. it doesnt even have the digital display on the control box, just the plain one with the red reset button,
