- Yo guys! Next video came a little early. Since I had a vote on Instagram which video for me to upload whether it be Aspire or Reticulated python?
the results were too close but 2 more people voted for retics so..
I've decided to put Aspire the king cobra's video out just 1 week after.
In this vid I cover his backstory and how it is with me and him, included after is a feeding session where I test some of his skills out.

this is the best reptile channel I've seen so far, I like how Chris connects deeper with reptiles. Most people only talk about how beautiful the snakes look, Chris talks about their personality, story and uniqueness. I'm never bored while watching his videos. Thumbs up
agree so calm
Dingo is amazing too
Dingo hollers more than I would like - Chris is nice and calm, very informative and aware of what he does is dangerous, but is willing to take that chance. He deserves more subscribers, that is for sure.
Liam ZDC - You're right, this is the most informative video of this type that I have seen.
Yeah, but you have to check out chandler's wildlife
It's not easy for a human to make a king his pal. It shows what kind of patience this guy has and how gentle he is with animals.
Even a king could not help but trust this human.
I wish all humans could be this compassionate!!!!!
This truly is amazing how intelligent Kings are, such a dangerous snake, yet smart enough to know Chris is here to help and will not harm him.
They can't harm him. Look up "Venomoid."
Chris says freehanding like this well it's actually stupid but it's his choice. I respect that. So unlike others that justify it all the time saying the snake don't want to bite me, they're misunderstood or all the other crazy crap that comes out of their mouths. He's rolling the dice and he knows it but at same time he's not trying to get bit either and takes time to get to know his animals very well and I like his rules. I see so many force an animals boundaries but Chris does not. Chris doesn't seem to be someone that would hurt anyone or anything and I think animals in time can pick up on that.
I watched all these guys, Tyler, Chandler, David and many more and Chris's temperament and caring nature for his animals is truly a BEAUTIFUL thing! I'm 52 years old in Illinois USA and never owned a snake but I've ALWAYS been an animal lover of all kinds since as long as I can remember and I sense that same caring natural nature in Chris and enjoy watching his videos and will continue supporting and following him and recommending him to my friend I think might enjoy this. Have blessed day young brother!!!💯💢❤
@RamblingBaba _ Who wouldn't be afraid of humans? Humans are the most venomous creation that God has ever designed.
@David Osborne I totally where you're coming from David and I RESPECT your opinion fully. B hi in the end we all make decisions we have to live with. I've personally made some bad ones myself in the past. I hope he learns as he gets older and nothing fatal happens to him until then. He seems like a good kid and I don't know his situation and financial status. People do things for many reasons. But I do totally understand your input and APPRECIATE you sir!!!
David Osborne , Someone can do this with those animals, someone not. Someone will live a long life, someone not. Most free handlers lives in rural areas, without any social media. Most accidents happens by bad understandings and bad education with tool use. This is delicate.. No small accident, just deadly or almost deadly ones. Something like wingsuit vs. paragliding.
@@praxepipi5739 Venomous. Thanks for reminding that I have venoms in my canine. Will be handy if I get in some fight
The only thing i hate more then the excuse makers are the opposite extreme.
The assholes who act like you can never bond with a wild animal like theyre too stupid or lack something up top.
My cats can scratch me. Dogs will bite me. A horse will kick. Its the same with birds reptiles etc. All animals can and will hurt you. Its just "how big a risk am i gonna take."
But dont act like theres literally no benifit. The benefit is the bond. The animal can still kill, and maybe it doesnt want to kill you. But if anything goes wrong it can snap to deadly proportions. Are you willing to take that risk for the bond? Are you willing to learn the tells. Its 100% for your benifit and is mostly your risk. (Though i guess the animal could get put down if it kills you)
Although free handeling a snake such as a King Cobras can be very dangerous, I've noticed how calm and relaxed they are with this young man. Such a facinating species.
It’s basically a giant worm. They have their teeth removed at birth.
@@HdHd-hp6qz no they don't. All his snakes have their fangs and venom glands in tact.
I understand the circumstances but nonetheless,,,, totally wreckless and irresponsible.
Man in North Carolina thought his king was safe to handle when he got bit. He was luck that UNC had anti vidom
teeth LMAO@@HdHd-hp6qz
This feels like watching a meditation video for snakes, specifically king cobras. The look so relaxed with you and it's good to know that there are people like you who treat and love them well. Thank you
The way he handles his kings is mesmerising. There's a special bond there
Thank you so much for all the amazing work you do for these extremely misunderstood animals.
King: Killing them with cuteness❣️
Animal Exotic ...Lol,.. Mason,.. you are a Lil’cutie! and so is Gizmo! 🙂
King: Dude, you should aspire to understand what i am. 🤣
Chris....I really found this VERY interesting....and I really like your style of teaching.....and I'm 72 yrs old!! But I wouldn't ever be in the same room with one of your snakes! But it's nice to be educated by you !
I've watched this and others so many times that I've lost count. Wonderful snakes, and the stories are told, I love it. It never gets old.
all other snake channels don’t hold a candle to this one. they’re all mostly about how dangerous something is and feeding/cleaning etc., this is about a real relationship….that is the biggest difference…..fantastic!!!!
I have great respect for this man. Isn't a moron and understands the animal. Very few people have this wisdom looking around on youtube.
Haven't seen a snake whisperer so cool on internet . His voice is so relaxing
I had no idea the level of intelligence these animals are capable of to be honest. You seem like a very gentle and patient soul and they must pick up on that. ✌💚
He and Oracle are really great looking snakes. You've obviously risked a lot to get them comfortable with being handled, but really that's the same sort of thing one would do with any snake. The potential consequences are much more serious if you mess up, but the way these two snakes react to being handled is basically how I want the snake I'll eventually get to act. Relaxed, curious about their environment, and not worried about the big warm moving perch they are on. I'm guessing you'd have to ignore a lot of signals for one of them to actually bite you. Thanks for the great video.
I come from Germany, my English is not very good, but thanks to Chris and his calm way of talking to and about his snakes, it helps me to learn English to this day and at the same time learn something about these fascinating animals.
He always treats his animals (whether his cobras or his other snakes) with caution and curiosity, as each of his snakes is different.
Oracle, for example, does not react as strongly to cameras or reflections as Aspire.
That he lets his king cobras "go for a walk" in his house is crazy anyway, but it is only one of the most dangerous snakes in the world, he trusts the snakes and they trust him because he has worked with them for years.
When following his videos and pictures on Instagram, you can always see how closely he has his animals in mind, for longer than 3 seconds he doesn't let Oracle, Aspire or Katie out of his sight.
I think working with cobras is a bit 'chillier' than, for example, with rattlesnakes.
Cobras are lurker hunters, so they would never waste their poison without a reason, and snakes don't think "2 drops of my poison kill 100 people" but poisonous snakes think "big prey = more poison what I need = more poison = less poison after the bite and therefore less defense "
So it was once told in a documentary, I don't know if that's true.
It is very interesting to see how carefully he removes the last part of the moult at Oracle, for example, in the video you could see that Oracle always briefly ravages, so wants to get away from the hand, which shows that he was a bit annoyed, Chris notices that and is becoming increasingly cautious.
I also believe that the body language of snakes and humans reveals something to the other, that is the case with every animal, whether mammal, fish (like sharks) or lizards / snakes or even birds, every movement, every finger that may be wrong, could be a provocation to the animal.
Chris has always said that he doesn't milk his animals and that all of them still have their fangs, which is very good as removing fangs can lead to digestive problems, but I think there is enough venom from each individual cobra to produce enough antidote, what is necessary in a house full of venomous snakes.
In Germany only zoos and special poison emergency calls have the appropriate antidotes and then not always for all types of poison, this mostly comes from private individuals who have collection centers and are registered as keepers and collection centers for poisonous snakes
Chris, I wish you all the best for the future.
Maybe you can make a video by explaining exactly how the poison of your different animals works, maybe with a little animation or something, such a video can also last 45 minutes or even only 15, I look at them all and will Liken, so good and dangerous Contet deserves some success, especially since it seems natural and not played that way
This man tells a great story and the snake is impressive! I can't get enough, I've watched Oracle three times and I'm watching Aspire again for the fourth time. It's wonderful, like just grabbing any book out of the library and then you can't put it down, it's so interesting!
What a cute snake. And Chris has a gift with those beautiful and misunderstood animals. We need to learn this kind of empathy and respect for wildlife.
This king cobra snake is really awesome and he’s so adorable In his own way
What a cute king cobra🐍🐍🐍
King cobra will eat any snake. That’s why they’re called the king of all snakes 🐉🐉
@@marcojordan1368 Still deadly😕
One of the best King handling videos out there. It is great to see the respect you have for them. I specifically like that you treat them as you would treat a friend - giving them space and freedom of choice whether to be handled or not. Specially it is informative, educational and insightful when you talk about their personalities. Kudos👍👍👍
His derpy ass..lol Too good ,had me laughing my ass off.
You have a very special connection with your Cobras. You are the dog whisperer to cobras. Something very unique and absolutely amazing.
Perfect name for such a Majestic being.
Obviously you have an incredible gift with these beings.
You have a great and gentle soul.
Great job!
This is mind blowing. Every time that I see a video of a king they are aggressive and scary af .... I don't know what you did but wow
What an incredible relationship you have with Aspire your a very lucky guy
He trusts you. Body language does not lie. Thank you for rescuing Aspire.
Watching your videos is like meditating. Love the calmness and serenity.
King Cobras are both adorable and deadly. It amazes me how someone can built trust with these misunderstood animals 🖤🖤it was very interesting learning about these derpy noodles and how they can climb and locate/consume their food without limbs!
I still am amazed. I have never seen or handled a king as calm as them. Even those that have had them for years. Blown away
@chrisweeet You are the only channel that I watch the ads, please think about adding another so you can capitalize on those benefits. You really are a fascinating young man and a positive force for our mother earth.
Do you think Chris is poor or greedy ? 5555 If you knew……..
I notice how comfortable and relaxed the snakes are with you. Nursing them back to health. Amazing.x
Your vibration is high, I salute your work. Blessings ❤️
aspire trusts you.
even snakes can go though trauma.

This to me is incredible!!!!It takes incredible knowledge of the snakes behavior and nerve to handle such a dangerous creature.
You have done such a great job in rescuing Aspire and restoring him to full health, now he is such a magnificent Snake! Love how you treat him with such respect and that Snake fully trusts you. Keep up the great work!

What a cute yet deadly creature Aspire is...
I hope he and Oracle are friends.

I didn't realize how big a King Cobra is compared to other snakes until now. Aspire's head is 5 time bigger than that dead python's.
Yup, King Cobras are the largest venomous snakes in the world, in both length and weight. Some localities are bigger than others, but the biggest can get up to 18 feet long. Oracle is about 15 ft if I remember right, and his head is almost as big as Chris’ palm without hooding up. They gotta be big considering they live in the same area as Burmese and reticulated pythons, both of which are very large and heavy snakes, with the reticulated python being the longest snake species in the world. They wouldn’t be able to eat, or even safely KILL, such large snakes if they weren’t huge too.
You have an awesome channel and videos and love your educational content !! I've raised big constrictors for 59 years so I can spot dedication, love and the passion someone has for their snakes so props to you !!!
its amazing to see the way you treat and deal with these beautiful reptiles, chris! they seem so comfortable and secure with you.hats off!
Just my opinion after 40 plus years of handling many different types of snakes including venomous snakes from other countries. Being from the United States we're limited on venomous snakes other than rattlers, coral snakes and a few others. I've been handling King cobras since 2001. I've never owned one but 3 of my friends are professional snake handlers 2 of which collect venom for medical purposes including antivenom. The same two guys have owned the King for over 10 years one measuring over 5 meters long. Most of the time these Kings are calm and not aggressive unless in their cages. The cages are approximately 6 meters long and 1 meter wide. The height is about 1 meter as well. My point is in my opinion the King is extremely smart and can see something moving from over 100 yards this is a fact. The King is not tame and is certainly unpredictable. It's a big difference from being cautious and handing the King with little or no respect. I hope the best for this young man. My friend can actually handle his King like a house pet but he also realizes that the King has giant venom glands on each side of his gorgeous head capable of killing a fully grown elephant. A strike can happen in a millisecond.
Amazing !! I've read much things, that King Kobras are not this aggressive, i've never thought that they could be so relaxed. This shows a great confidence they had to you. 👍👍
Apsoultley amazing the calmness of this beautiful majestic creature ...i am personally scared to death of snakes but I respect those who genuinely have love and work hard to save them & love watching videos of them .Thank u for the calming music ❤too it doesn't take away from focusing on ur words or the snake 💯
Great video and great look snake. I was going to ask if the venom glands were removed but after the feeding that is obvious. It amazes me that he is so calm and that he is so close to you in the video. Beautiful creature
Carl Taylor so your saying the venom glands were removed? It looks like venom was leaking out?
Had no clue i was watchin u and david back then on chandlers vid, glad i found yours and davids channels man you guys are super informative.
Ramsin Babakhan me too foreal !
It’s amazing how calm your king cobras are around you
Chris you never disappoint with your videos, there is one thing I have to say, at the beginning you said Aspire was your number one Cobra, but Chris what about our Oracle isn’t he your number one. Only joking mate , how can you not love all of your snakes they are all quite beautiful, but I do love both your Kings, glorious snakes in all aspects. Thanks for this video they never ever got old. Cheers from Oz
Your calmness makes me calm ... No wonder your snakes are so docile. Lol
Without question the best reptile channel on the net. The camera work is excellent
Another video that shows King Cobra's, aren't mindless monsters! As you mentioned, when the snake, trust its handler! He is no more dangerous than a puppy. Helping, the king, with his food is remarkable patience, skill, and compassion, for the animal! That was alot of venom he pumped into the dead python!! Aspire, is beautiful, just like oracle👍
Unfortunately it isn´t the truth that he is "no more dangerous than a puppy". Both Tyler Nolan and Dingo Dinkelman (also freehandlers) have been bitten by their seemingly "tame" King Cobras ........
Brave men, regardless👍
@@truthseeker6584 dont know about Dingo but Tyler got bitten by a cobra that belonged to his friend.
I love your channel, personality & presentation style ❤️
Aspire moves extremely fast when striking! Literally had to rewind when he strikes the python 😂

Of I leaned anything from Chris, he’s taught me to respect the INTELLIGENCE of these amazing snakes. I wouldn’t have given them any credit other than to have food as there only motivation in life, incapable of such amazing intelligence. Well learned a whole lot, and it’s great to admit I truly knew nothing but know a lot more now.
Chris your amazing, you and David’s feed as well as marks reptiles and Tyler Nolan are the best and extremely informative !! I watch you guys daily on UA-cam and learn so much about venomous as I plan on getting some myself!! It is a lifelong dream to come to Thailand and spend at least a month there.. during that time I would love to visit your serpentarium and get to meet you and your animals !!!
I am so grateful you have given us such an intimate view into these animals’ lives. I wish I found your Channel sooner! For months I have been consuming snake and cobra related video content that is NO WHERE NEAR as interesting and informative as yours. I think most people just want to see a cobra hooded up and in action mode whereas I just want to learn about them and observe them in a calm state. Thank you so much for your absolutely beautiful videos.
Love this guy! Great care taker! And still not completely convinced the snakes dont actually like him just a lil...! Great videos destigmatizing these great creatures Love all these derpy guys!
What you did is so dangerous, but you have the extraordinary ability to get in touch with that particular King Cobra that I think no one can ever do. Just keep safe always, a snake is always a snake😊
There is something beautiful about this, someone placing trust in an animal that a lot people who would look to harm or kill it and building a bond.
I truly enjoyed watching this video please keep up the good work. And I'll be watching more of your videos, I'm a new subscriber to your channel.
Truly feel that your snakes 🐍 are not only trusting you but also love you. These animals is also have feelings but they are express different ways 😊 your animals are so cute 🥺🥰
I was wondering when I heard your story about the rescue if it was the same rescue Chandler went on and realized after rewatching the rescue video is WAS! I'm so glad to see that Aspire is doing so well! You and Chandler and the others who saved these beautiful reptiles are heroes!
Nooo not the same butttt he was from the exact same place YEARS APART. Even with a new owner of the farm over time it turned corrupt
@@Chrisweeet That's so incredibly sad! Thanks for letting me know! Im so glad you were able to rescue Aspire!
This is the 3rd time I’ve watched this video (not _just_ this one) and I’m sure I’ll watch it again at some point. Your videos are fascinating. I love Aspire and Oracle
Watching AGAIN!! ASPIRE is so lucky to have you LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!!
Great video!! That King is so relaxed because his owner is so relaxed!! Nice Chris, very nice!!
I like the demeanor of this young man
Chris your amazing. You obviously have some beyond any norm connection with your snakes. I’m sure it took a long time to work with them, but I think you connect in a way very few others ever could.
Great video. What a beautiful animal. He shows great trust in you
Great connection you have Chris with your deadly friends

Aspire has grown so big. He's beautiful.
What a beautiful snake!!! I believe you can handle him as I used to have a reticulated python that liked only me and was so gentle and sweet. And retics are known to be cranky
Always cool to watch your kings in longer vids, Chris. I'd really love to see Katie next time :)

I appreciate you so much Chris. This was so interesting to watch, I find myself skimming through videos lately but yours kept me engaged 100% til the end!!!!
What an amazing video! It's amazing how much these guys can calm down with the right person.
Great actor at 0:01
I’ve seen this video at least 20 times you are such a good filmmaker
The King Cobra, especially shown from this perspective, really does remind me of an adorable hognose snake, except with a lot more venom to them, in this case.
Big respect for you as you keep them under your care. As they have a terrible history and previously . For them you are a great hero.
Just ignore those haters. They can have their own opinion. But we have our own unique passion. I also love handling wild animals.
Fantastic job on the table. Hes a smart survivor. Stay safe young man.
Great video Chris! I love you narration of what is going on. Now that I have an interest in snakes, king cobras are my favorite (especially Malaysian). I have never held a snake, but I would like to hold a non venomous one some day. Thanks for the great video and I look forward to checking out more of them. 😄❤️🐬
You really treat your snakes with respect and show their amazing character. You let them be snakes. And I really think they know you re a good caretaker. They trust you. Thank you for your channel.

Awesome video keep up the good work...working with dangerous animals and greatly educating others
New sub here. Your energy is very calm. I see why Aspire & Oracle are very comfortable with you.
I always liked king cobras. I now love them.
You have an amazing gift to handle these powerful animals. And you give the upmost respect to these animals
The fact that Aspire almost never hoods when held by Chris shows just how trusting that snake is. Wouldn't doubt Chris still treats it with a lot of respect and understanding of how dangerous it is, but it's clear Aspire doesn't feel threatened or anxious one bit.
Wow this is so cool. Thank you for showing people snaked are not evil or out to kill people. Absolutely beautiful King. P.S Love your channel!
I say this in all seriousness, such a majestic beast.
I looooove you and all your sankes. You're truly inspiring to me
