I've always loved this song, It makes me feel happy, it's an ode to dancing and to feeling free. It’s timeless, and I loved taking something upbeat and fun and turning it into something completely different.

When I was younger and the internet was new to us all the fascinating part was that you could find old songs. My dad had a request to find a song and that song was dancing queen by abba. My younger sister and I laughed because it was so abstract from what we listened to. My dad thought it was one of the most beautiful songs. I would continue to listen to this over and over until I too saw the beauty. Over the years during the good times or bad times this song would randomly come on and remind me that I need to call my dad. During my dads final days of battling cancer I played this for him and told him my story with this song and played it for him again and I played it again after he took his last breath. I want to thank you dad for everything you did for me and always leading with love. It’s been a little over a month now and I’m still having a hard time coping with your departure. I hope one day I can learn to see the beauty in life again the same way you showed me the beauty in this song. Rip Dad I love you!
