    Thank you for this I’m selling my Dj gear & going to be using Push & other midi controllers instead, this was a big help 😁

      More and more I actually think about giving up on my DJ controller and going full live-performance. It's just more fun and has tons of options.

    Great help indeed! How do you sync tracks with different BPM"s?

    • @ChromaCat
      @ChromaCat  2 місяці тому

      Hi, it depends on how different the bpm is. I find this method to be most suitable for tracks with similar bpm, with easy to define transients, more specifically house, techno etc. The bad thing is that you need to prepare every track beforehand and be very mindful of your whole set. So you have to warp, nudge, test and refine every track in your set. Rarely they are perfectly synced when you just drop them into Ableton because they are very long.

    Thank you very good video - I just bought a push 3 , its a little different I'm DJing with multi stems ( original takes and loops ) and wondered to smoothly merge 2 multi stem sets, It's like I have to have a long track while I upload the new multi stem track or use an external track mixer while i upload like to record my own bass and guitar lines in stems and play with verses and chorus , so I want to create a smooth transition with the the next stem set upload but this takes time - by the way are you married ?

      Congrats on your purchase. Push 3 is definitely under my radar for new gear. It's an amazing device and I hope it will help you create better music!

    So U don't need DJ equipment🖐️🕺🕺🕺 to perform live..?🤔🤔🤔

      I've noticed a lot of DJs started to do the so - called "hybrid sets", which includes dj equipment and ableton live setup. I think if you produce and play your own music you can definitely do that all from Ableton using the stems and creating unique blends.
