Why do I plank? It is one of the most efficient full-body exercises anyone can do. No equipment needed. Train both your mind and your body. Without discipline, nothing is possible. I started with just one-minute a day and increased this time by a few seconds a day. Now I plank for 15-minutes a day and invite you to join me on this lifelong exercise.

DANG! Does the type of breathing you do when planking matter? Sometimes I see my friends doing different breathing techniques. Currently I’m doing a 5 min plank everyday, I hope I get to your level! 🔥
