People with ADHD and similar disorders are really good at masking their emotions. On the outside, you can be bubbly, and cheerful and seem like nothing really bothers you. On the inside (for me anyway) you're depressed, anxious and your brain just never shuts up.
Right? Just never shuuuuuts uuuup. Even though you wish it would but also recognize how awesome it is to be aware whilst not shutting up! Lol blessing & a curse.
I had a job where I had to smile and be pleasant all day to many people. Made me die inside, cause I was as low as fu** but everyone loved me. Enjoy talking to random people now. Smile cause I want to. It always gets better and you'll always find the right amount of confidence if you push yourself somewhat.
I think most people are alone and then it's like once you reach out for help no one calls you back...like in the song "I'm Not Okay" .... "They will keep you calling so you don't wake in the morning." Exactly this and like Danial Mackler says (on youtube) if you were to off yourself the parent would blame it on your mental illness..."Oh she/he struggled with mental illness" when all these Millinials and below just want to be loved and find a supportive group so that they don't feel alone.
@Mariah Conklin for help with any kind of mental illness, it may seem calling friends or family for help is the right thing to do, but calling professionals for help and support is the best decision, then you get the right advice, support, and medication if that's what's needed. 👍 don't worry about song lyrics or people not calling back, you can call them all after you get the right support from professionals. You look after yourself. Never give in.
I was diagnosed age 40 and it was the biggest "oh that's the reason" moment in my life. I'm insanely creative and driven when I'm hyper focused but when I am not, everything goes to 💩! It's so important for people like yungblud to share their experiences in a positive light . It really hurts when people say it's a condition that's too easily diagnosed in naughty kids. All humans suffer with different forms of ADHD it's just being human, the world throws so much at us. Jeez let's learn acceptance and learn compassion. You only live once. Just remember a clever person wants to change the world but a wise person knows the change starts in themselves. Love who you are, only you have that power. Peace and love to you all ❤✌️
As someone who was diagnosed back in 2008 with adhd it always felt like it was aburden and that something is wromg with me..but more years pass by the more i learn how to weponise it cos thats what it rlly is its not bad its a really good weapon that if you learn how to control it it will benifit you massivly
What did you do to weaponise it? How do you learn to do that?

Love the question, hate the interviewer - cmon now

Jesus loves you, I do too, God bless
