@@Al.2 No, it's an aggregate score of how many times they have won against each other.
look up Tie-breaking in Swiss-system tournaments. There's a wiki page.
That score is only a representation of the sum of wins, draws and loses between the 2 opponents (only) playing with each other. Therefore, it cannot be used to determine who is first, because the score can be a draw. If the 2 opponents playing each other are in the finals and a victor must be decided then they'll both play one or more 'death' matches until there is a winner.
Otherwise, there is a different score to determine who is first.
@@Ramogolo There is only one game between any two players. Titled Tuesday is a Swiss-system tournament, you can even find its own tie breaking rules. I can't help you further.
