That’s funny it reminds you of Stairway to Heaven. In the breakdown video of this song, M. Shadows the lead singer described Buried Alive as their own “Stairway to Heaven”

Buried Alive is the second part of Afterlife. In Afterlife, the mc dies and goes to heaven. He feels that he's too young to die and begs to come back to life, which is granted. This song is when OP dies the second time, ends up in hell, and realises his mistake.

I have been listening to A7X since I was a teenager. This is my absolute favorite song of theirs!! Glad you got this one!!! It's also funny that you say it sounds like Stairway to Heaven because this particular song was dug their of Stairway to Heaven

Avenged sevenfold is very creative in their music, they aren’t afraid to try new things. It gets them a lot of hate but they’re very talented. Their earlier stuff is a lot more heavy, then it gets more musical around the nightmare album
