I am pretty sure Zero X could have worked as a series. It would be quite distinct from Fireball XL-5. Zero-X could have been more hard sf occupying a different genre to its space operatic forebear.
First we need lot of money, a barn, the old zero x comics and 2 models of the full configuration, 2 of the space version and a big mev Maybe the space and atmospheric can be combined but it will be a lotta work
Was given a tape, MANY years ago, taken from the original session tapes.Since then, the Thunderbirds Are Go and Thunderbird 6 soundtracks have been released on CD
QuackVideo So did all of the crew members on tv episodes. And not in this Zero-X title theme. Which is a bit more like the Thunderbirds are Go movie (for obvious reasons)
yeah... I think it's a bit strange that the crew is mentioned, that was absent during Stingray and Thunderbirds and somewhat returned during Captain Scarlet, but to no extent like it was in Fireball XL5, most of these shows didn't actually have any credits during the opening
interisting though that the zero -z helped create capt scarlet and the mysterons . too bad thunderbirds are go( not the new series ) was not a success as i saw the featureing of zero x as a pilot movie . could have gone in any directon.
Spin-off? I bet they would have told them to bring Thunderbirds to an end at the soonest point, we'd have Zero X *INSTEAD* of the second season *AND* Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons
QuackVideo I didn't assume that but nothing could be done like that in Movie Maker but how can there be... Wait a minute... Did you use Sony Vegas Pro!?
Zero-X would have indeed made another terrific addition to the Gerry Anderson sf tv shows he produced so well.Darn impressive vehicle that Z-X!

This could have been awesome. Like a sort of star trek type show with the crew of Zero-X exploring space maybe.
yup...you have an authentic intro there...spot on
Great title sequence, now please make the series!

Go to the Gerry Anderson channel - they just finished doing a serialisation of one of the TV21 Zero X comic strips 🙂
Brilliant job, my friend. I WISH this had been a series, could I'd have watched it. Love the video!
Where did you get the theme music from?
Was given a tape, MANY years ago, taken from the original session tapes.Since then, the Thunderbirds Are Go and Thunderbird 6 soundtracks have been released on CD
Ah, I see. Thanks for telling me. Where could I get either CD? I've not seen them in HMV.
James Holmes It's actually a single,Limited Edition CD, released by La-La Land Records. LLLCD 1306.It may be available from Amazon
Thanks. I might have a look later.
Happy Halloween.
Sooner rather than later - it's a very limited edition
Amo paul travers e zero x
The zero x is from the 1966 movie Thunderbirds are go goo.gl/search/Thunderbirds+Are+Go
🎥 Thunderbirds Are Go
If we got a Zero-X series, we'd have never gotten Captain Scarlet.
I'd like to think that we would, probably in 1968, which would have pushed back subsequent series by a year
What? No "Music by Barry Gray"?
TheoDeKlerk Apart from the two Cinematic releases, Barry always appeared in the end credits

Excellent excellent excellent, if only...
A great idea, i'm surprised no one ever took it up
Since Thunderbirds are Go was filmed in 1965-6 abd Megaman was first released in 1987, I think that's highly unlikely, don't you?
Wouldn't it have been another Fireball XL-5?
Spin-off? I bet they would have told them to bring Thunderbirds to an end at the soonest point, we'd have Zero X *INSTEAD* of the second season *AND* Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons
Nice one 👍🏻
No, I used an Apple MacBook running Premiere Pro
Awesome!
Zero x is go
Cool vid
Yh and if my grandma had wheels she would of been a bike?
Is this really the TV series?
If you read the introduction, you would see that this was purely a flight of fancy. There never was a 'Zero-X' series. sadly
QuackVideo But the title card makes it look like a real TV programme. How can you do that sort of thing with Windows Movie Maker?
QuackVideo Why did you assume I use Windows Movie Maker?
I used to use iMovie 3 but I now use Premiere Pro
QuackVideo I didn't assume that but nothing could be done like that in Movie Maker but how can there be...
Wait a minute... Did you use Sony Vegas Pro!?
No, An Apple MacBook running Premiere Pro
