That plane always lands perfectly, I even landed with one motor once when I had a used battery in it by mistake. Good thing it wasn't the battery that runs the UBEC 😅.
Excellent! On my third flight i lost one of my elevator servos, but landed her without incident. Love this jet. And it lands like the real thing! My HSD ME-262 is waiting for the maiden.....
It's Ground Speed (measured in relation to the ground); you should mount a Pitot tube to measure airspeed IAS or TAS -to include wind speed in the measurement
There seems to be 3 battery compartments, now I'm confused, the manual shows the forward and rear as battery placement, I see you guys are using the rear and middle. Could you clarify?
I having some issues with my Mig, I bought used. Not sure of the original setup. The previous owner ran the servos off a separate 2200 LiFe battery. The previous owner cut the original power cables of the battery that runs the motor. But I'm having some pretty serious draining issues with the LiFe battery. Without ever flying. Do you guys have a stock set up? As in powering the servos of the motor battery. Could a bad servo be draining the battery?
If it's driving your pack it's a bad servo/stalled servo and don't fly it. The stock set up was fine. Sounds like he isolated the servos from the edf to save battery
Hi Bobby, what’s the visibility like with this paint scheme? I’m looking to purchase one. The red one is now available but the digital camo is my preference.
The hand warmer is definitely something I want. Is there any issues with the switches on the transmitter "bumping" against the inside of it during flight?
Love your videos and the style of interaction between you two. Great job! Thanks for sharing with us. BTW- I love my Mig 29. Such a presence on the ground and in the air. She flies big.
I'm jealous that MIG has a stronger pullout game than I do! 🤣 Very nice jet. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of those. Love the speed trails gentlemen, keep up the great work, and happy holidays.
@@shermanbellmyer5066 oh yeah, this one doesn't compare to the s.U, thirty, this thing has tons more power in his twenty eighty millimeter and a ton of power
Buttery smooth landings with the “Hand Condom” installed! That thing hauls the mail!
I love this bird so much. Maybe I'll buy one to hang on the ceiling in my livingroom until I can fly it.
Nice flight guy's, really enjoyed it, thx.

Oh wow! You're right. it's just a Big Baby of a flyer!
Nice flying guys!!

I would love to have an HSD ME-232 in the hanger
I heard this bird loves to float when out of the power is this true?
@@mizz9841 it is a floater.
@@lmramos44 Can you please say a bit more on this because at least 4 others have said that it floats like a rock... Thanks

I love my amd love watching yours 🎉🎉🎉

Hi Bobby
What happened to your buddies mig who crashed on take off? I'm about to maiden mine. Really enjoy your video's.
We think his radio receiver locked up or the server went bad. We're not really sure, but it did need a new servo

it has 2 different configurations you can do depending on lipo weight

@RCPlaneReviewer Thanks for the info.. what would be the most efficient way to test for/ locate a bad servo? I've heard check overheating.
@RCPlaneReviewer Also, should I link a ubec into mix off the battery that I'm power the servos off?
@reese9557 you can but it's really not necessary
@@reese9557 get a servo tester and test each individual servo, also it should be getting hot or buzzing
Guy in our club just got this plane and did a maiden 1 week ago. He said it Flys like a doll!!
Well done as always fellas! That thing is just gracefully clocking a buck twenty passes! Love it
It does it with ease too pretty neat model here!!

It's easy to see and it's big to add so it shows up well in any good flying condition
@@RCPlaneReviewer is it locked in and do you enjoy flying it?
@@anthonyjayakody3356 yes its pretty good to fly

Absolutely 💯 supportive of that statement

You sir are funny as hell 🤣 😂 😆
impressive for such a large bird! What Transmitter glove is that? It's currently 29 degrees here in Michigan and that thing would be a game changer

Clicking the radar just as the wheels touch on landing could be interesting to see what the landing speed is. My guess is 50ish.
We will definitely do that
