Hi love!! congratulations 🥳🥳on your new bag, that bag is beautiful, I just received mine this Monday I bought it online at bergdorf goodman,wait two months because it was back order, but I'm very sad because mine arrived without the dust bag.I called bergdorf customer service and they told me that they receive the bags without the dust bag, I don't know what to do because I don't want to return my bag.what do you advise me to do?
Sorry for the late response! Try reaching out again, if that was 100% true then I wouldn't have received one. I honestly do not like the dustbag because the cotton kind of gets on the rhinestones 😩
