depends which games u are running, like rainbow six siege you can run it with a 1gb vram card but cyberpunk on the other hand would need a lot more than that. if u look thru again the video u can see how much each game is using in vram and go from there, if its higher than 6gb the 2060 cant run it but if its lower then ur good

i believe he turned up all the settings to the max (for most of the games). you can customize the settings for optimal fps, rather than turning up all the settings if you want. that’s usually what i do and i get pretty good frame rates

It can sometimes be called "supersampling". Why would you turn it on? Mine is better because it's Overclocked and it has 3 coolers so in for example RDR2 gameplay i have around 65-67 degrees Celsius temp on my GPU which is pretty good in my opinion.

Custom fan curves always make a big difference for me as well. Even on the stock coolers.
I recommend a water cooler, I have a pretty "budget" one from Corsair and my 5600x on 4.7Ghz is max 73c
if u undervolt the cpu to 1.1 and overclock to 4.0 u gain performance and the core temp will hang in the 60s to 70s for gaming yknow

30 series didn't overheat at all
yes, 3060 will overheat only in cheapest version with 1-2 fans. Gigabyte version has 3 fans and its not overheating at all
