Caution on the HTMA: I personally have used it in the past and it was driving me crazy as to why my COPPER was sky high. A practitoner who was a "specialist" in the HTMA interpretation wanted to place me on all sorts of protocols to lower my Copper! Then it finally hit me, that my pool sanitation system is copper ION based! Problem (or no problem at all) was solved. So use caution folks!
You’re supposed to wash your hair before sending in for hair analysis. Unless you mean you had high internal copper - in which case, your specialist was right. Since they wouldn’t hv known this about your pool/ what is causing high levels in your body
@gl8715 of course I am quite aware of this. I swim every day in my copper ion sanitized pool. No possible way to wash it out. The HTMA company acknowledged this as well.
Hair “tissue” not trace. It really helped me, hit burn out could barely go for short walks. Within 2 and a half months started lifting weights again and doing mud runs for the first time. Also helped with emotions and feeling more stable.
@@corpsiecorpsie_the_original The test just shows the level of minerals coming out through your hair. The value is in a practitioner interpreting the ratios and getting you on the correct supplements to balance the minerals out.
HTMA is very helpful. Especially if you do it consistently and you are looking at ratios of the elements and you understand them. It can tell you a lot about status of trace elements in your body and what imbalance or toxicity you have. Blood work can't give you interesting picture like that. Blood work is in many cases useless.. But in combination with hair test very helpful. The problem is that most even "experts" simply don't understand how to interpret HTMA and so they will just say HTMA is a BS. Because they simply don't know anything about it.. For me I find out that I have mercury issues from amalgams in my mouth and also low molybdenum, chromium, selenium, copper imbalance etc.. I would never figure this out from blood work. There is no blood work for trace elements.. For my balancing the body by balancing elements in the body with HTMA/blood work help is the most essential for health.. People who don't understand this will say the body is not stupid. It will get everything from diet and will balance itself.. Some people are lucky and this will happen for them, but most people have shitty diet, have no idea what is their exposure to all kinds of toxins, have no idea what elements are deficient or in toxic levels due to their diet, life style, environmental exposure etc.. There is nothing better right now than HTMA that can tell you what is going on with elements in your body.. People also don't understand how elements play key role in human body. I mean they run the show. They use hormones to pull the trigger. If you have element imbalance you can't have hormonal balance..
To this day I wait for someone (of the people "that know how to interpret HTMA") to show me where exactly they found that knowledge There is no science on those "ration", nothing whatsoever, but somehow they just know it. Guess they were born with that grand knowledge.
How often do you test HTMA? I have 4x maximum copper. X17 too high bismuth. Extremely low magnesium. And significantly no trace elements like Chromium, Boron, Molybdenum, Vanadium, manganese, etc. have selenium because was supplementing for some reason. To get to it did you have trouble getting your trace minerals up? I experience a discomfort, higher resting heart rate over time and itchy bubble sores that look like a mosquito bit me. They all go away when I stop trying to up my trace minerals. I suspect my HTMA might have missed other heavy metal toxicities thanks to those bottomed out minerals which are responsible for dealing with them. It’s been six months and was thinking about doing another HTMA. Don’t know how often you’re meant to do it.
@@Hbarca8 Dr. Paul Eck conducted thousands of hair tests and found the optimum levels that people ended up at as there minerals (and health and energy) came back into balance. There are several books available that detail the process of evaluating of hair test and what the results mean.
i agree with you, the labs allow anyone , any health practitioner without proper training on how to look at a hair test to order tests, they are all doing a disservice to htma which is one of the best tests out there. this guy talking here doesnt know anything about htma, he shouldnt be giving any feedback i talked to him once and he literally asked me if we have hair inside our cells? i couldnt believe the stupid comment, like he has no idea how minerals work inside the cells, knows nothing of it and yet he is considered an expert. he might know some things about minerals from a biochemistry point of view but nothing about how they work, how to read a hair test. htma has saved my life, i was doing all the right things and getting nowhere until i did a hair test, its been 4 years and i keep getting healthier, i have the tests to prove it. thanks for speaking out.
Can low histamine in brain lead to memory problems, difficulty concentrating and overall being cognitivly retarded by that i mean that brain feel like its not working?
Sir could you tell what causes low histamine levels on a urine test? My levels are low and I feel drowsy and tired and slow digestion! Is there a way to raise the levels?

Thanks! Some nice ideas I havent thought about before regarding HTMA
The copper culd be the issue, on what goes on. Thanky ou, listening Dr. Osborne on copper.
such a great listen!
I did my hair test and they found 100% silver . What that mean
Will the labs differ if you use a gray hair vs black hair?

Are there any scenarios where serum copper would be low but hair levels would be high in true copper deficiency?

why do you drink so much milk or do you still do so?
I thought htma was more about the balance of minerals
you must think I am crazy, but I am not, I just want to figure out what is happening
Pretty sure he said on Instagram that he stopped drinking milk
