This work by Australian Composer Daniel Brinsmead was commissioned for the 2018 Gondwana National Choir School. Its lyrics are drawn from "Stars, Songs, Faces" by American poet Carl Sandberg, and it reflects the poem's themes of optimism, love, and impermanence.
Premiered as part of 2018's National Choral School at the Sir John Clancy Auditorium by Gondwana Chorale and Gondwana Singers, conducted by Carl Crossin.
