Hey Ash, not sure if you actually specified, do you do this 1-2mm toughing in all mandibular molars or just when you see an isthmus or something that suggests there might be a middle mesial?

Hey, I just wanted to ask about a year ago I got a root canal on the 2nd molar from the back, but afterwards I found that food would always get trapped between it an another tooth. Another dentist told me it was a food trap and fixed but a few months later that root canal became infected. Could you explain how does this happen?
