- At long last everyone, the video most of you have been hankering after. My sincere apologies that it has taken so long to upload, I originally recorded this on the 22nd of February, in time to commemorate Florence Ballard's 41st Death anniversary, but due to just having started work that week and having to get my head round making a new intro, it took quite some time. So here is the wonderful Hotpoint 9530 washing a large load of towels on Programme 1 - 85ºc White cotton, but this time without a Prewash as the very 1st video of this machine was with a Prewash included. Enjoy! Some unbalanced spins and quite a dramatic Final Spin! Apologies for skipping a little too fast, my video camera drastically drained its battery after the Main Wash! :O..
P.S. I hope you all like the new intro! Thought I'd branch out a bit to another beloved Motown girl group instead, but we're back to the more simpler intros that I had when I first made them on this channel last year! :)

Thank you so much Oliver and these kind of comments are what inspire me to do more videos. I never like keeping people waiting, but unfortunately due to only having the 9530 at the moment, I have to be very restrictive on how often I upload videos of it so I will have plenty of footage to continue with...but this year it's going to change and I will start expanding my collection :)

another great video just love that hotpoint I still can't believe my indesit wixl123 is still going (touch wood) my gran bought it in 2007 and still going to this day

Also Which is the best washing machine cleaner to use I've seen u use a couple in your videos like calgon and b&m branded one
I would recommend Dr. Beckmanns as being the best. Calgon was good don't get me wrong, but it costs quite a lot. I used Tesco own brand Limescale Prevention Powder and now the x40 wash tablets, so far doing good. The only thing with the B&M cleaner, it's cheap (79p) but it doesn't descale or anything.

Oh awesome and my first machine I can remember was a WMA48 witch I wish I could have kept it and put it in the storage but it got sold which it may be very upset because I loved that machine so much

Why do old hotpoints do cottons 85 and the new ones do 95 I don't get it
I think it was to do with 'Energy Saving', I know Hoover at the time did 95ºc and so did the Servis Quartz models, not sure why Hotpoint did this, but I'm presuming it's something to do with Energy Saving...

FlorenceBallardA3060 Sorry I don't normally tune into your iron videos but can never wait for a 9530 video! Where will all of the vintage appliances come from now? Is there a 2nd hand electronic store near you? I can't wait for the day my beko washing machine self destructs on the spin! It has many unbalanced sudslocks and has leaped out of its space when washing a full king bedding set in it's tiny 5kg drum on the mini 30! I love abusing it :D
Oh that's not a problem :), well at the moment it'll be saving up and searching eBay at the moment, but there is a shop called A1 Washing Machines nearby who the owner knows me very well and he looks out for old washing machines for me so, until I can get a garage, then I can start collecting! Your Beko sounds like it's going mad haha, you should try abusing it like I do to my Miele...or would that be going way too far? :P :P, can't believe it jumped with a bedding set! Well, the 9530 has only ever jumped once in her life under my ownership when she washed my heavy bed throw!
FlorenceBallardA3060 Yes it goes absolutely mental sometimes! I once did towels on a cotton 60 and it took nearly 3&1/2 hours to complete as it suds/waterlocked on all of the spins and spent nearly 1 hour in total doing emergency rinses! Maybe I should try putting a duvet in it on a cottons 90 with (only a little :D) bold or daz :D That's good with a old appliance store near you! I went into my local furniture and appliances BHF the other day for a browse and saw a Creda TL14 Condenser Tumble dryer in absolute minty fresh condition for just £40! If I had the space I would have bought it, with the excuse in my head "it's for charity" :D
