- So this was done not properly unfortunately. Took the entire bag apart, replaced the areas that were repaired. Replaced the pipings, chaps and added a new lining.

Another beautiful transformation, now this customer has the only Western Style LV bag. The quality of your work always amazes me.
There are plenty of rebuilt LV bags, with all kinds of themes - Western, Steampunk, Art Deco, etc. Look for "up-cycled" bags of that name. The simple truth is that the *brand* costs a lot; the materials in the bag do not.
Awesome work! I loved how you artistically solved the issue with the “bat wing” design. You never fail to impress with your leather work, and your aesthetic sense. Glad you are feeling a bit better. 👍❤️👜👜👜
Wasn't that cool! Steve is truly an leather goods artist!
I Love that you sharpen a disposable blade. That’s what I was taught. Use and reuse as long as you can. Saves your wallet and helps the planet. It’s also a rewarding feeling to get maximum use out of something. You are the BEST at all you do. ❤️
Heck yea I strop my disposable blades all the time. Just sharpened the edges on my cheap thread nippers too.
@@embeaston Same here, it's also faster than changing the blade
They exist for those that are on the jobsite, and time is money - clean the crud of and hopefully sharpen, or just throw a new one in and get on with the work. That said, I have a set of craft scalpels that I have had for 15 years that I sharpen.
@@mechminded2207 Funny enough when I was on job sites I didn’t use utility blades. I have a little pocket knife collection. So my best blade steels were used on the job site.
@@embeaston on drywall and opening brick and block straps?
A master that isn't afraid to show he isn't perfect... almost, but not perfect. : )
Thanks for bringing us along for another fantastic job...
Fantastic job once again. Steve should open an academy in leather work for young cobblers. A true craftsmen and artisan.
It’s not the same colour but it’s sooooo much better.I always learn something when I watch your videos. So Thankyou
You have an amazing gift and skill! These projects look so daunting in the beginning, and yet you work your "magic" to produce a beautiful product and end result. Well done!
The masterful breakdown of the bag, and the incredible craftsmanship of the re-build. It takes patience and you have plenty of it. Another one!!! I put a friend of mine on to your channel, because she purchased a brand new LV bag. Hopefully she sees the awesomeness like I do!
How can anyone not? Well....I'm working on the Mrs! If she would watch a video with me she would GET it! Lol
This video was sooooo satisfying! My wife doesn't yet get it. Hopefully one day soon she will.
😊Hi… Beautiful work!!! Thanks for sharing 🌷
I'm a new subscriber and have been binge watching your videos. I've decided that I will further trigger people by adopting your method of sharpening an old blade! If enough of us do this, it will be the norm and it shouldn't trigger people as much with time.
That's a better design that the original 👌 you are the bestestnesstest 🥰
When LV bags come into my shop I won't touch them. I tell them to go to Bedo. LOL
Excellent work.
This bag must have a lot of sentimental value because you can buy this bag vintage in great condition for about $700 these days. It’s a great bag. Fun to watch you bring it back to life
Well, the type of high-end restration jobs Steve is doing almost never make economic sense.
His restoration jobs (not calling these high-end jobs as repairs) price is usually close to price of the new product of the similar quality.
Repair is when they put new zipper in your bag, for 15-20 bucks (usualy price for small shoe or bag repair my country - CZE).
I think it’s absolutely amazing, I would be beyond thrilled were it my LV. I LOVE the western shirt design…so much better than before.
Hey Steve, when you tie the threads at the back take an extra turn on the first part and it won't slip, called a Balers knot, old farmers trick I got shown and use it ever day tying my laces . Great work as always, I liked how you placed the needle before you turned the corner so you you could see it better, I'll remember that one.
I have watched you for sometime now and I am always amazed how you disassemble shoes and bags and turn them into beautiful items always with your own unique touches. As someone who repairs things I find your videos inspiring.
I am glad you are feeling better.
Take care.
Great job! I have to say, the ASMR is fabulous too.....
Great work. So much detail you had to work through. Looks great and unique. Love watching your videos. Glad you are better.
"I think it looks presentable!"
I love your sense of humour Steve, you were given an unloved and ' butchered ' article, which, let's be honest here, was appalling, then after many hours making templates, cutting out leather, sewing, conditioning and reassembling you have given the bag a new life and purpose for its owner, so yeah it's presentable.
It's a privilege to watch you work your mastery
😍Love your videos. They are so satisfying and calming to watch. The transformations are awesome, your customers are very lucky.
Beautiful Steveroo...! I noticed that adapter that has a cutout on your sewing machine allowing for the piping to go through... Awesome...GG...IN
Another good job done Steve.
Awesome work 👍🏻
Love to see you again . Great job,
I hate to keep repeating myself but.....you knocked another one out of the park! This video is more evidence! You are an artist/cobbler/master craftsman/delight to observe in your element! 😂😂 Beautiful bag Steve! Keep em coming!!
Your craftsmanship is amazing. I'm enjoying the closeup video work.

Amazing detail, as always.
Amazed how you can slowly walk that needle and thread ! Beautiful job overall. Thanks for the video Steve. Take care and best to you .
Such an amazing guy! Thanks for the video Bedo :)
Glad you are feeling better!
The thing I love about these LV’s that you repair, is that they are now
“one of a kind”.
Ur master Steve… great job 👍
This is exactly what happened to me when I was making a crossbody for myself out of an old destroyed LV purse 😉. My God, I totally remember that feeling of helplessness. Anyway nice result, thanks for the next video. 👍
Great job, interesting vlog.Thank you.
Great restoration, is it such a shame that some people still try to attempt to repair items that they are just not skilled enough to do. Thankfully there are folks like yourself who can pick up the pieces and repair the shoddy repair.
Wow, what a recovery. Make a mistake, deal with it. Looks amazing. So many women have you in their hearts, Mrs Bedo, look out. 😂🤣😂👍🍷

😃
Steve, so glad you are feeling better! You are a man of integrity! Awesome video!
Beautiful.
2:24 i wonder if a panel rivet splitter would work for this. There's beefier ones made by Knipex that are certainly much more robust than cheapo ones and they're only 1.2 mm thick.
Oh, the exasperated 😕 sigh I uttered simultaneously whe you took out the lining. There aren't enough hours in the day: could watch you forever. The execution, the explanation 👌 👏
Excellent work as usual. The need for coffee is real! Glad you are feeling better. God bless you.
The bag looks great! Glad you’re better now🐝🤗❤️
What watch was that towards the very end when he realized he had to take part of the bad bag apart? Looks really cool.
Is that a Durkopp Adler I see? I actually just started a job where I use those machines daily and they're absolutely fantastic. I make leather/nylon motorcycle side saddle bags. I had never used an industrial sewing machine before but man, those machines are beautiful.
It is one of my best machines
That's fantastic
Nice job as always! What kind of watch are you wearing? I like it!
Hello Steve 🙋🏽. I hope that you are having a wonderful day ‼️. I know that bag is gonna look good when you're done.👍🏽.
Magic is to little of a word to explain your skill.
you're a good fella
You really do excellent and thoughtful work. This is inspirational!
Another amazing job! Let’s continue 👍🏽. Keep the handbag videos coming, please and thank you 😊
You do such a stellar job..I’m always amazed! 😁
Glad you are feeling better! The bag looks much better than when it came in. Artistry makes a huge difference.
Fantastic repair and great match on the color. Amazing as always.
Love the attention to detail. The time you took on stitching the chaps just so. The time to center the features of the "batwing" on the LV centerline and also on the chap points. This makes the work sing.
No Coffee, No Workee!
Steve - practically perfect in every way! A master at his art. Creates works of art in leather daily. What more could you ask for?
I love your shoe repairs but I love how you fix other items as well (and don’t worry, I use that excuse all the time too~! 🤣) and look how great it turned out! Gorgeous!
Amazing as usual Steve. Good to see you back.
I know that feeling when you forgot something! :DDD My case! You did a very nice job with this bag. Bravo Steve!
Another great, thoughtful save! Looking forward to Part 2 of the Alden boot reconstruction. 👍
😳 oh SOB….I hate when things like that happen😂 What a great job. I enjoy your videos so much. Thanks for all the trouble it takes. To do them.
D'oh Steve is a HUMAN ....holy cow we thought you were a magic machine. Looks great and i woudl not have a handbag if my life depended on it :) but DANG it that is some nice work!
Soooo how did u put the louis vuitton stencil on the front of the bag? 🤔🤔
Well done Steve more great work regards from the UK
I enjoyed the blooper👍🏽Nice vid as always. Thank you !

Hello . Can u tell me what kind of machine u used to stitch the binding . And also the binding foot
Nice your back Steve....... you been missed. 🙂
Bravisimo👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Beautiful as always……!
👍
I was muttering "the rivets, the rivets" under my breath as I watched!
That weed wacker line is strong until you try to do 200 yard farm fence line. Then it breaks every two steps.
Another handbad resurrected. It should outlast the owner.
Steve, do you run design decisions like this by the client? And do you look at other LV bags for inspiration so the design isn’t too foreign?Regardless, nice work again
There will be one happy lady after that repair Steve 👏👏👏👏🥰👍🍷
Please make sure you have those cuts on your finger looked after. Please
Looking forward to seeing how those vintage 405’s came out.
Superb workmanship, as always! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Bag rescue!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You’re a magic man with that sewing machine.
Good man yourself Steve. Even the “oh look I made a mistake” parts. Some people would gloss over that. Not you though. Do it right, I like that about you. Good job mate……Shine on
Now she's got the Levi's pocket design, and you know what!? IT LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!
Great job!
😊💖👍
Great vid kid, thanks for posting.
Steve, you got your voice back! Yay! Came for the mending, stayed for the humour. Heh heh
Classy work as always.
Little Coffee is good and it is good to see you back. I just repair my sandals I think I did a poor job of glueing needed more area to glue.
Fantastic work Steve.
