Blind Taste Test with Wild Game Backstrap | 5 Different Types

Marcus Hockett decides to do another version of the wild game blind taste test. The previous time, he did it with burger but now wants to test his theory again, but with backstrap.
This blind taste test uses backstrap from whitetail deer, mule deer, elk, moose and antelope. All are cooked to the same temperature and the participants get to try every species and write down which they think it is.
