    Belly Breathing: Supine 90-90
    In this video segment of Dooley Noted, I discuss the positioning of a breathing drill called Supine 90-90.
    This position can be very helpful to help one manage low back pain and earn proper lumbar stability with the building of intraabdominal pressure.

    What do you think of maybe first learning to breathe region by region? Because in my experience many people can't coordinate all that and breathe 360 right away.
