As a doctor this incident has brought a weird feeling, i have been in those night duties and sleepless nights...its bringing me grimm feeling now...i have slept in emergency ward strechers, on floor without safety...As u said not all doctors earn well...onky 1 in 100 earns... govt service especially in tamilnadu we r being paid very less compared to other profession...ive studied for more than 10 yrs sacrificing many things...even now sacrificing my family time...we have gone through havoc during covid times but even during those time we didnt ask for raising our salary...at this age, not with a decent salary im exhausted...dont know how many more years i have to sacrifice... one more thing im bothered abt upcoming doctors as mbbs seats have been increased, this will definitely compromise the quality of treatment...but govt is not bothered abt all those...i know pvt medical colleges where u can pass by paying 1 or 2 lakhs for a paper...feeling bad feeling low... There are so many case and so many victims who did not get the justice. This is the time we should demand justice and enforce law to make a safer society. As a doctor this incident has brought a weird feeling, i have been in those night duties and sleepless nights...its bringing me grimm feeling now...i have slept in emergency ward strechers, on floor without safety...As u said not all doctors earn well...onky 1 in 100 earns... govt service especially in tamilnadu we r being paid very less compared to other profession...ive studied for more than 10 yrs sacrificing many things...even now sacrificing my family time...we have gone through havoc during covid times but even during those time we didnt ask for raising our salary...at this age, not with a decent salary im exhausted...dont know how many more years i have to sacrifice...
one more thing im bothered abt upcoming doctors as mbbs seats have been increased, this will definitely compromise the quality of treatment...but govt is not bothered abt all those...i know pvt medical colleges where u can pass by paying 1 or 2 lakhs for a paper...feeling bad feeling low...

I appreciate the doctors protest. They can off to work if it is not emergency. What if it is happened to nurse ? And do the Indian nursing council declare protest ? . Truth is , No matter whether it is emergency or non emergency the ICU ,wards and other dept cannot run without nurses . Most of all the professionals are joined to protest today . But many of the doctors will not support us ,if it is happened to any nurse or other med professionals . There are so many case and so many victims who did not get the justice. This is the time we should demand justice and enforce law to make a safer society.
