    Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    1 kg pork belly.
    Rinse well and dry with a paper towel.
    Make cuts.
    Make cuts in a different direction.
    Divide into 2 parts.
    1.5 teaspoons salt.
    1 teaspoon coriander.
    1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
    1/4 teaspoon chili flakes.
    Press 6 garlic cloves with a garlic press.
    1 teaspoon mustard.
    1 teaspoon horseradish.
    2 teaspoons adjika.
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Grease with prepared marinade.
    Grease all cells well.
    Chop a bunch of parsley.
    Baking bag.
    Tie the edge tightly.
    Place on a baking sheet.
    Make a few holes with a wooden skewer.
    Place in the oven for an hour at 180°C/365°F.
    Chop 300 g white cabbage.
    Put the cabbage in a deep bowl.
    Pour boiling water over it.
    Mix.
    Leave for 10 minutes.
    2 tablespoons oil for frying.
    Chop 1/2 red onion.
    Fry the onion over medium heat until soft.
    3 eggs.
    Mix well.
    Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Drain the water and squeeze the cabbage well.
    1 carrot, grated on a coarse grater.
    Mix well.
    Salt.
    Black pepper.
    1 tablespoon soy sauce.
    Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    Place on a plate.
    3 tablespoons oil for frying.
    Dip the rice cakes in warm water.
    Add prepared filling.
    Roll like cabbage rolls.
    Fry over low heat for 2 minutes on both sides.
    1 hour later.
    Cut off the package.
    Roast in the oven for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C/365°F.
    Our delicious dinner for the whole family is ready.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
