- Robin Mark is a worship artist from Northern Ireland. This song was inspired by his youngest son James. Robin was reminded that even a young child can worship God in the simplest of ways; it doesn't have to be deep. God just wants us to please him in everything we do, and that should be our soul's desire.

Robin is the greatest! Most humble servant of God and his music is an inspiration to so many. I am very happy to have spent time with him we he did a concert for us in 2008.

I remembered Robin Mark and what his music and unbounded spirituality did for me. I am now sitting at my laptop and I am if not completely well I feel a definite boost. I first heard this song at church since we had no musicians our pastor got songs off a computer. I wrote it down and forgot about it. I found it one morning on you tube and I felt the spirit and was moved to tears it is so beautiful!
First time I heard of Robin Mark he was about to lead worship at an outdoor event. I went by myself that day. He walked out and started with this song in which I never heard. It was such a powerful moment for me especially being a musician. This song went through me and evoked so many emotions. When his band member broke out with the trumpet at the end, it was extremely emotional and such a reminder of God's victory by hearing that trumpet sound at the end of the song. This became my favorite song of hope and promise instantly, at that very moment that day.

@Mugs1966 No, I haven't done any videos for "Fly". I just read about the album in Worship Leader magazine; it was one of the featured albums in the latest issue. I listened to the sample clips and none of them really struck me, but maybe if I listen a few more times they will catch on. Robin's songs are difficult for me to make videos for because they are so vertical.

If you've just discovered Robin Mark, you need to start out by getting his CDs "Revival in Belfast" and "Revival in Belfast II". There are certain CDs that are "must-haves" in any Christian music collection, and certainly "Revival in Belfast" is one of them. The sequel is very good, too, but not quite in the same class as the original.
Such a refreshing change from some of the egotistical 'artists' in Christian music! As a dual citizen of the USA and Ireland, I'm twice as blessed by Robin's music.

+Wobbly Jack Well, I'll admit that Robin Mark is fairly unique. When I try to think of someone similar I think of Stuart Townend. Brian Doerksen is somewhat similar. On the female side I think of Kristyn Getty or Kathryn Scott.

The more I listen to Robin Mark, the more I sense the true sense of worship and praise, unlike the demonic Hillsong and Bethel music which are leading people to Hell with a song and a skip, and not knowing it.
