It's simply not impossible to have a melancholy song with a banjo in it. It's not a melancholy instrument. But the power of its simplicity, deeply penetrating truths and heartfelt exaltation of the Most High God touches you in a special way! I remember a story related by Chuck Colson. In Belfast tensions between factions had intensified. A mother lost her sweet daughter to a letter-box bombing. She grieved and could not let it go. I do when they hate or reject us when we share the Word of God, but they should realize that we are not talking about ourselves but of HE WHO even when we were sinners DIED FOR US. I remember a story related by Chuck Colson. In Belfast tensions between factions had intensified. A mother lost her sweet daughter to a letter-box bombing. She grieved and could not let it go. Eventually she realized that she would have to visit the guilty bomber in prison and forgive. This courageous move became the starting point of a foster mother-son relationship, and the beginning of revival in the prison.
The people of Boston recovering....the people of West, Texas ... the victims of violence here in the Northwest ... all of us suffering in the US or abroad .... to those wherever in the world who refuse His grace, love or life, especially those who perpetrate harm, evil or suffering...Our God, our Lord, our Savior remains the same, and offers His life to us, all undeserving...the song reminds me none of us are past His vision and care...may we seek Him, and show Him to those who need Him most.

i have been constantly loosing my siblings with cancer first it was my father than my mother within six months appart that same year my brother passed and the following year my other sister passed she had kidney cancer and 8 months her husband passed with lung cancer and now my oldest sister is suffering with cancer my heart feels like a sword pierce into my heart everytime i loose my loved one please pray for me so i can be strong
Sometimes I don't understand how people can reject JESUS. I do when they hate or reject us when we share the Word of God, but they should realize that we are not talking about ourselves but of HE WHO even when we were sinners DIED FOR US.
