The "fisherman's" bracelet is actually useful for just survival (my brother is a Boy Scout and my dad used to be a Den leader and they've both had countless of these bracelets) since the paracord it's made of can be taken apart into about 5 different cords for uses like emergency boot-laces, fishing line, or thread for sewing when things need to be repaired. So I actually like to imagine Max sitting there, braiding the paracord into a bracelet to later use to sew up something, haha, his big hands being so delicate (like when he was marking his map). :)
I hate when those loud Ads explode between videos when I'm listening to any of her playlists to help me fall asleep! Why are they there? Aren't we supposed to be relaxing? (Being jolted wide awake like that is horrible.) Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the ads or maybe listen to them all at the beginning instead?
Also I'm am OBSESSED with the Mad Max universe. My dad and I like to re-watch the third one (where Tina Turner killz it at Auntie) together sometimes so it's a movie that reminds me of him, which is nice, but I also just love all of the characters and the visuals of them all. The new movie is my favorite movie of 2015 and definitely at the top of my all-time favorite movies list. After I saw it, I talked with my dad about how it connects to the old universe and trivia about George Miller and the movies and it was great. I honestly wouldn't shut up about this damn movie all summer, haha.
I really wish this book would have had the last scene of Nux when he was pointing at Capable and he was in the war rig(I think that's what it's called), gosh that scene got me so bad I didn't even realize tears were falling down my face

This movie was so aesthetically pleasing and had very moving scenes and as you said, you just understood what the characters were going through without much explanation, so this movie is a soft spot of mine, especially Furiosa, the Wives and the Vulvalini. I found them to be so relatable and lovely. I think I whined loudly when you flipped past the Furiosa's designs pages. Your voice is so gentle and very melody like. Thank you so much for your work! I just enjoyed this video so much ♡
Ive seen this movie for the first time not long ago and i had to really force myself not to turn it off. I fell half asleep. This is the worst movie i saw it a long time. The story is absolutely ridiculous : D Atleast i love hearing you whissper about it! ;)
AGREED, this movie was great. Like you, I was hesitant to watch it at first, because I never saw the first one, and I don't really like action movies, ect... But I'm so glad I did, it kept me glued to my seat from the first 30 seconds until the very end! And omg that ending, I mean the polecats scene, are you kidding me!? Ridiculous and fantastic. My only admonishment might be that the plot could have used some tweaking, it was a little simplistic. Without the visual effects and the novel/intense world, it might not have been any good. But I believe that that simplicity was necessary because of all that other stimulus going on.
You did an excellent video of a comic book with all female superheroes a while back that was softly spoken not whispered. It was without nail tapping. Any chance of another? I personally find them just as relaxing and since I know so little about the subject, fascinating too.
