Thank you all for watching! Sonarworks just recently introduced SoundID VoiceAI and it's COOL! Check it out here: www.sonarworks.com/soundid-reference?oid=2&affid=588&sub1=affiliate&
Hey man, I totally get how the AI voice you demonstrated sounded a little cleaner in that track, but I gotta say - your voice was pretty amazing from the get-go! especially your falsetto - I would have been happy with the track in it's original form - you have a true talent man!
Every time I hear your voice in your songs in your videos I immediately see Boyz II Men in my mind. This is really extraordinary and God knows not everyone can do it. I can't give you a greater compliment.
Interesting! Very excited to see the future of this! I can see this being useful for demo pitching and layering. ARA2 would be sick too! Thanks for the video!
This is definetly one of the best Voice AI I have heard so far. Granted you can already sing pretty well, many of the demos I have hard is with people that at best can sing somewhat in tune without pitch correction but stll far from being a pro and trying to sound like both a different "and" a trained voice. Wondering where in the chain would you place this plugin, right after tracking or later, dependent how much work the singer need to sound decent (pitch cor/compr/sat/EQ etc.) ?
I think I did a trial of this a few months back and forgot about it. In terms of a tool for pitching music, I think they need more voices. I can see using it for background vocals, but I get a lot of ideas for specific artists, both living and dead, and would love to have the ability to pitch a song that showcases why that particular artist's voice would work well.
Are you putting another instance of Voice Ai on each track that you want to change the voice? Do you bounce in place to save the voice, or send and record to another audio track to secure the voice sound once you have your desired voice? Maybe I missed that. In other words, A separate track with Ai Voice is needed for each harmony.......right? i hope I ask that correctly. I saw what you did but, your face was in the way most of the time.
Hello Archie. Great video, very informative. I would have liked to hear an example of your deep baritone voice morphed into the young girl's voice to really push the plug-in to the limit and hear how well, or not, the AI software would handle it.
The tokens are basically a currency value and you use them up when you choose to process and use a vocal or instrument. Each vocal and instruments are worth a certain amount of tokens. I hope this helps.
I been trying out a bunch of AI for voice...seeing whats the best value for money. I like this deal...spend 20 euro..do the math...my song average 3 minutes, give or take....it's gonna make me work hard on my vocals comping, before you go wasting them tokens...i want a duet to harmonise, or unison an octave up....tired of hearing myself harmonising with me, myself and I...if i got 10 good songs, i would be stoked as hobbiest
Sounded real interesting until that crap about tokens and monthly plan. It’s a nope right away! I wanna pay one time and own it, don’t mind if it’s expensive. Tokens… for real…?
Not really. Using AI-technology like this needs a tremendous amount of computing power and electricity. Much much more than any individual consumer could have at their disposal at home. That's why this software does the actual AI-work in cloud network, so the software isn't limited by your own computer etc. But the downside of this is that it is a constant cost for Sonarworks to provide the cloud network and servers so the only sensible options to make this software available for the common consumer at a reasonable price are subscription based payments OR, as they have chosen, a "pay-as-you-go" model. So imo this payment plan is pretty damn good.
@@Mattseak well I guess if this is the direction plugins are going I would have to wait for the one(s) worth subscribing to. Cause if every company start doing this per plugin we'll go broke, economically speaking
@@TripleBProduktionz yeah I should say though that generally I agree with you, subscription based payments suck, but in this case it makes sense to me. However I'm not going to pay for this at least until it has the capability to profile your own voice as some other AI-softwares can
Respectfully, if you don’t plan on making money with this tech, i can see how paying a subscription for it could suck for you. But for people who are serious and do it for a living, the convenience of saving time and money with this tech, is priceless.
@@Mattseak Nah I don't believe that, if it really required more power than a normal user has available at home that would mean that the electricity bill only would be more expensive than what you pay/month for the full product. Nah they just want to make money with this, otherwise people would crack it.
I’d like your song and sound of your voice I don’t think you need to change it. I don’t mind subscriptions, but I don’t want to have to buy more tokens. You should pay monthly and the covers unlimited amount of time.
I appreciate your paying your knowledge forward. We need these videos but, don't need to see the big square of yourself. I'd rather see more of your computer screen. See where/which track you're working on and where and what your mouse is doing/clicking on. That is more important to me. If you are not working on DAW, then put your face on the screen. But, thanks for your help.
So I'm confused on the website it says unlimited processing if u buy the license r u saying even if I buy the plugin I still have to buy the tokens?????

Yes indeed. I’m a songwriter who uses AI voice cloning technology for demo purposes.
Why can't they do a thing where you pay one time for a license and you get updates for life
They do. At the time of my response.
Good overview man!

Can you create your own custom AI voice though?
Thanks Archie. Great presentation with great examples.

Hi Archie...It would translate the artist also in other languages like spanish?

This plug-in have to be connected to the internet when in use?
am i right in saying its not capturing the processed fx of you vocals ? does it capture it in raw vocal form ?
your voice sounds great
Interesting. I think that I’m going to try it.
Thank you for the video.
The song is so good. If it's released, I'd like to find it and listen to it. Tell me the name of the song

I wanted to see how well the male to female conversion sounded.
So it’s best to mix the vocals before I run them through voice AI?
this is so dope. I'm not a singer but what do you think about it working on Rap/hiphop vocals cause i have a very deep southern accent?
I’m a bit concerned how they did all this 🤔 very interesting!
Would that work with a non signing voice, say in a voiceover or ausio book?
this plugin's payment model makes absolute sense.
Do we have to pay the original sampled singers - if so that's cool
They’ve already been paid by the company that made the plug-in and used their voices to train.
What are the tokens for?

@@archiebeatzIs the platform based on tokens or minutes per month? The site seems to have plans starting at 120 to 600 “processing minutes” per month.

I can’t sing, but can hold the tone. This might help.
It's definitely a useful tool. Let me know what you think if you try it out!
