No, I disagree. Ed Skrein fits the roles he usually get. So him cast in another type of role, and it wasn't believable at all.

To be fair Ray Fisher has always been ripped, but I agree a lot of these guys are taking whatever they’re told to take to get the role.
Pretty much as these actors only have a month or two to get big. So protein shakes and steroids are used to get big quick. But to actually get big, it takes months and months...

That guy preps his movies FAR in advance &has camps set up so actors can bond while getting fit.. &let's face it NONE of these guys really needed to hit the gym before hand.. they're either all naturally huge (Staz &Ray) or already in great shape to begin with (Charlie &Ed)
Besides the actors that DO get roids are the one ls with their own PTs that work out solo like the Chris Hemsworths etc.. so stop letting the hate &insecurity convince you EVERYONE is willing to stick a needle in their ass &risk losing inches off their d!ck for a movie role

Calm down, the majority of actors in Hollywood are OBSESSED with their fitness/bodies in a way non-actors will never understand. Not everyone who’s ripped/jacked is on gear. I live in LA and actors are surrounded with a constant reminder that how they look matters; and the big, open secret that the general public just hasn’t realised yet, is that all those “jacked” guys are very, very skinny by everyday standards, in order to looked “ripped”. The camera makes them look bigger. They aren’t that big. I see them all the time. Look at the boys here. Apart from Fisher, they all have relatively slim waists and look quite small in what they’re wearing. Very few Hollywood actors want to risk back-ney just to look big on screen. Too much at stake.
