No reason really. I just always have,so I didn't want to mess with what works😄My nails are a huge topic🤣I have a woman that does mine at a nail salon I go to in Missouri where I live😊
@@theglitterybohemian1187 theyre great! I've been a nail tech for 16 years..I notice nails before I notice anything else! You can tell alot about someone by their nails! Thanks again for the great tutorial..im a subscriber and im looking forward to more videos!
If I am doing a 20 oz modern curve tumbler, how would I adjust measurements? Cup is a total of 1.5” shorter than yours. I just want to make sure I adjust in the correct places
Love this! I'm following this step by step, bought the file on etsy. Now I'm lost starting with the crown. I don't understand how you converted the png into a svg. Could you make another video explaining them? I really want to make this tumbler for my daughter for Christmas! Thanks in advance!
First off, cute cup! Now I wanted to give you some neat FYI- I actually learned this from Rachel from Mr Nola’s glitter, if you apply the glitter directly to the wet paint, you bypass the epoxy part completely. You should try it! I really does work and it’s a time and money saver!
After glittering you don't need to do anything but leave it there. Of course, after epoxying it I just leave mine on the turner until hard to the touch...which for my epoxy is about 8hrs.

I love this. Thank you. I have my cup ready to go. I went to your ETSY store to purchase the file to cut my vinyl and I got a message that your store cannot accept payments at this time
I put it on the turner when I am ready to epoxy. When you hand glitter in sections, you can't really put the cup on the turner. It is easier to have it off.
Heather!! I love it! Can you PLEASE do a tutorial on your rose cake tumbler you posted on FB?!?! I’m so obsessed with it AND the straw topper!! Jennifer Gehris
Love this! Thank you for the tutorial!
Looove it!!!
Thank you🙂
@@theglitterybohemian1187 do you wait for the epoxy with the glitter to dry to put the ultra cover matte?
never mind, i just heard that you said that you wait for the epoxy to be dry and then put the sealer on
@@marycardona2542 you seal with the matte clear before you epoxy. It keeps the glitter from shifting around🙂
@@theglitterybohemian1187 that's what I meant to say lol, thank you.
I don’t see the measurements on this. This is ADORABLE
So helpful
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome video! Why do you use the matte rustoleum spray instead of semi gloss? Also..off topic a little, who does your nails😍

This cup is awesome. Is there a special way that you clean the rim of the cup
I use an exact knife around the rim and acetone and lemon oil to clean any excess paint or epoxy on the inside.

That I couldn't help you with. I have only made it on a 20 and 30oz skinny. 😞
Thank you for all the detail on this video
Are the measurements for the face parts the same for all size cups
You're welcome 😊 They are written above for the 20oz and 30oz. They are different sizes🙂
Thank you for this tutorial! I made one for my niece for Christmas. Yours is much better but I’m very happy with how mine came out
You're welcome!

I absolutely love this!! Thank you for sharing! I love nutcrackers and will be making me one of these for sure!! ❤️
You're welcome!
Thank you for the tutorial just a question when you let it dry for the 4 to 6 hours do you put it on a turner or do the hang dry method
After glittering you don't need to do anything but leave it there. Of course, after epoxying it I just leave mine on the turner until hard to the touch...which for my epoxy is about 8hrs.

I don't sell the file. Maybe message the store that I linked🙂 Usually they are good about responding🙂
Why don’t you have the cup on the turner like other tumbler art people? I think you’d really benefit from it

You are completely fastidiously artistic. Is that a thing? It is now, with your videos.
🤣Thank you🙂
This epoxy method would really only work if your making several at a time
Usually, but you can mix 5ml each time. But for singles mod podge is easier, but requires more coats.
