Same happens to me also. I paid 45k $ for lmia,but was assured that job is real. But when I came canada, employer did not give job. And said that i have to find cash jobs somewhere else. He will only give the required documents to get the PR. I am stuck and don't know what to do. I am afraid if i report this to any authorities, may be my lmia got cancelled and sent back to India. If anybody have solution, please let me know.
