Great message Prof. The day Africa learns that character comes before competence, then we can talk of development. False promises about. By the way, I have no problem with the promise to build a bridge where there is no river. Those bridges exist in cities. The big problem is that even when we get money for such bridges, someone is counting how much of that money they can steal. That is our problem... Kenya should have this professor for president. He speaks like a good president would and he seems to know so much about Africa and Kenya and he is preaching against corruption. He says Corruotiom is a form of genocide cos it leaves lots of people to die needlessly on poor roads, no medical services or medicine, etc cos corrupt politicians steal and eat all the monies that would provide these services to save millions of lives.
