From what I have been told there are several tricks to making a wining car, one is keeping one of the front wheels higher than the the other wheels so it doesn't touch the track, to reduce friction, another is polishing the nails and the proper bend in them (I don't know what kind of bend but I think it's to prevent the car from bouncing side to side in the track) and finally the placement of the weight can make a big difference.
Good Luck in the race.
Your correct all of these are on the list I watched a few videos 😉 thanks for the pointer they are fantastic
See you on the track @ERRF2018!
looking cool! more "aero" than mine's gunna be for sure LOL. hey, just a note, not sure if you wanted it that way or not, but, the MOM part, if you use the "From Object" in the Start pull down when you extrude, it will conform to the shape of the car so you don't have the flat extrude that ends up deeper to shallow because of the arc of the body profile....
LOL I read the title and I thought demolition Derby then you said wood fill and I was like ah! I have used excellvan wood fill and it was very wood like. Even carved like wood.
See how easy it is for the mind to play tricks and it’s just wood colored not fill
Man, wish I could make it to errf. We're trying to save up for a building to house our makerspace, otherwise I could probably justify it as a business trip too. Good luck at the races!
Thanks for the wishes I did some research hoping to spank the competition in a sportsmanlike manner 😁 you could write it off for sure 😉 thanks for watching
What Make bike did I hear after the 4 stores trip?
