Sure you can skip the yogurt. The yogurt is put to keep the fish moist.
Can we marinate fish 1 day before?
Fish is a very tender meat so there is no need to marinate it overnight. You could if you wanted.
Wow, I love fish pakoras. The only thing I don't use in my recipe is the yoghurt. ❤
