Hi I just watched your videos I have been diagnosed with Myositis & NXP 2 I haven't found out yet what myositis I have yet getting a brain scan and muscle scan this month. It's very scary as I'm virtually on my own my husband has to work away so it's just me. Anyway I hope you reply and do another video I just found you people 😁💞 And wondered how everything is going? Maree Australia. We don't have a myositis place in Australia :(

Yes, it is. We scores at a 20, but I did it again with my OT today. When we did it, I came up with 18.5.
