I just order it on ebay from Linksys it self for $29.95 it was Refurbished but I hoping it works as good as a new one since it is come from Linksys store. I am still waiting on it as of 09/09/17. And I am going to check out Your video on SB6141 since have one for about a month half.

Hello, Zs0lt1. No, this router does not allow you to control the bandwidth. It does have a prioritization feature that may be of use (in the event of a bottleneck you can prioritize one computer or device over another.)
This is a router, but it does have a repeater mode if desired. However, for a range extender, I would recommend amzn.to/2t2cBp1. I have used it in the past and has worked well for me.
