In an age where almost every part could have been laser cut or 3D printed it’s awesome to see someone build this the old school way, making everything by hand. Excellent work!! Looks fantastic

Automation is very easy ,all do is put numbers into a computer and it does everything for you, nothing hard about it. This guy has old time proper skills and it's nice ta see. .. O and I this is from someone with 20 yrs in Aerospace industry. Hand shaping and finishing rotor blade and engine cowlings
@@Scknows I never said the newer methods were easy. I just said it was cool to see him doing it by hand. 🤙🏻

僕もMP4/4の模型はいろいろコレクションしていますが、まさか1/2なんて考えもしませんでした。

você é um MESTRE... Faz muito tempo que não assisto um vídeo de 56 minutos no UA-cam... Mas suas (muitas!) habilidades, atenção aos detalhes me mantiveram mesmerizado a cada minuto. Eu estava constantemente pensando "o que diabos ele está fazendo agora?" e então vá ahhhhhhh......!
PS: Modelos 1/8 F1 impressos em 3D são vendidos por 9.000 dólares na Europa/EUA, então estou convencido de que pessoas ricas pagariam 25.000 dólares +++ por uma obra de arte 1:2 feita à mão como esta....Além dos fãs de F1 existentes na Europa, o esporte está ficando MUITO grande RAPIDAMENTE nos EUA....
Se você conseguir chamar a atenção das (muitas) pessoas ricas de lá, querendo uma obra de arte do carro/time de F1 que eles mais gostam?

Shaping the tires, gluing the rubber in one shot, heating and shaping the windshield are things out of my reach. I would scrap tons of material if i wanted to succeed at this. Excellent work!!!

Sono un modellista e so cosa significa costruire un modello. In scala 1/2 diventa più semplice realizzare i pezzi senza doversi impazzire con la lente di ingrandimento ma bisogna ammettere che HAI FATTO UN LAVORO STUPENDO!

Fantastic model. One of the best looking F1 cars ever for the best driver ever. I think the scale looks more 1:3 to me...but it's a great build whatever the scale.

You started off with cardboard which would have been good enough but then you pulled out the fiberglass and that was it I was blown away by your skill and artistry. Keep up the great work.........

Impressive amount of work goes into making models like this. Hundreds of hours. Interesting to see how parts were made, several I would have constructed very differently, like the tires. I saw he used fiber glass a number of times so I wonder why he didn't use carbon fiber instead because the method is identical in this case, like for the suspension. I would also made sure the main curved engine cover had the iconic shape and not a flat top: I would have used hard foam and a long sanding block and then covered in fiber glass, then primer and bondo'ed all the bumps out. The car looks great, and would be an impressive installation hanging on a big wall. I'd love that! Thanks for sharing!
