Would also like to add that, because of how synergies and its new system works after ch2 release, it is better to not card everything and while leveling / level 60 rolls you'll be carding things as long as you progress, what I do is to just card few things that might have the most synergies and leave empty card slots for the last things needed hence you now can card things at 60. This might require some investment, but from experience, is better than full card things. On top of everything, really big guide, it was nice to see you against the dummy at org again cooking like a pro chef with this build, keep up the good work

Your UI is different from mine. Mine has 4 regular card slots and 4 golden card slots. In your list 6 of the 8 abilities are only under regular card slots. Leaving me 2 in the gold card slots empty.
Hello Opto, I’m glas that you make it to the Elune, when new chapter comes out it brings a lot of new synergy rolls so you don’t need to card every slot in your skillcards and hope you get some abbilities during lvling or while rerolling free rerolls from prestige and from Silas
I have a similar build just like this but I’ve just started ascension so I don’t have the greatest build, but it fares well for farming, otherwise toons dps is shit and only caps out at 1.4K but I’ll take it for my first toon.
How does battlemage not reset the stacks of tools of war and martial crescendo if it's magic damage? Is that because it's proccing it as an external result from the player casting it?

@@Optoe yeah, ill assume dmg from fireblast is not that high So you spend 2 talents for 10% phys, but 5% per talents is still good value Same goes for ele dev, with begin 7.5% crit per point. Wich is still pretty good

Great video!! Rolled the exact build with the adjustments (fire blast, kindle, battlemage). I'm using the macros and they keep getting stuck on execute. I assume this is due to titanic strike not giving Deadly Combo? I didn't pick up Honor Among Thieves and I'm wondering if that is causing the combo point issue. Vxl doesn't have Honor Among Thieves but is manually casting. Perhaps the macro doesn't work without HAT? Thoughts? Thanks!
Update - Rolled Honor Among Thieves and the macro works perfectly. Without it, there is a chance that Deadly Combo won't be proc'd. Hope this helps someone!
Hey Opto, insane video as always. Have you tried heavyweight + crush combo as tg? Do you reccomend giving up on that combo and go in a direction of your build better?

@@Cronky1 I wouldnt consider that a "crush" build. If you look, you can see his heavyweight stacks are gettting reset very often, so no he did not achieve 0 attack speed. Crush is 2% of his dmg, which is pretty much what i said about off hand hits. You would be better off taking 3% dmg over crush.

Wouldn't remorseless execution be better than cut to the chase?
Either works. Cut to the chase isnt legendary so way easier to roll and saves you a legendary slot i guess

tg crush is an awful idea. you cannot proc crush reliably unless you have like 0 attack speed, you cant control off hand white hits.

Why does Overheated Strikes suck? Isn't it pretty much a flat 15% damage increase?
Its 2% dmg increase. If its 15% dmg increase for you then your spec needs some work. 5% crit or even flat 3% dmg is better.

@@nonstopjoliver its only melee abilities, not auto attacks. 30% wep dmg +15% fire. Its ok to take if you dont have anything else but not the best.
