Hi I want to know how can I structure a fund like llc or holding company. I have a problem that in my country the limited partnership concept is not available. We have general partnership where the liability is unlimited.

As a single entity no. But u can be a gp and then register a corp which u own as a limited partner or vice versa ,because then it will be then a seperate legal entity

LP is a limited partner, or someone that subscribes to the fund. A fund is filed under its own documentation and entity.
