I'm with you mate. Making orchestral music seriously helps with my bipolar, (although I've just recently started collaborating with a new friend on his ideas so have now started doing pop stuff, something I've never really done before). I've been biploar all my life but only got diagnosed 10 years ago, (I'm now in my early 50s) and have struggled throughout. Now with meds and recently using meditation, I feel more in control for the first time in my life. Really glad I found your page today. I'm still learning how to compose and you're posts have been very helpful I wish you the very best for the future. Keep with it mate! Cheers.
