Because drug addiction shouldn't be a crime. Addiction is a symptom of PTSD says Nobel Prize Winner in Medicine Eric Kandel in his book, "The Disordered Mind." Drugs fill receptors. What empties receptors (injury, PTSD) causes a desire for drugs. Drugs CAN'T cause addiction. People in chronic pain from PTSD chronically take pain relievers. It is a crime in America.

And then there is science. Addiction is a symptom of PTSD says Nobel Prize Winner in Medicine Eric Kandel in his book, "The Disordered Mind." Drugs fill receptors. We don’t need to know her. When a small handful of people get pardons for some reason but most don’t, the system is corrupt. Period.
If you’re guilty of a crime, you pay for it by doing time and having a record. That’s how it has to be. Otherwise you end up with a lawless society where criminals have free reign.. hmmm, gee golly, like what happened under this failed regime!
