you need to do some property reviews in Dubai to see how creative they are with their designs and how it uses maximum use of sunlight. I still think property designs in Malaysia are rather unimaginative.

I studied in SMK Raja Perempuan Ipoh, located just beside the airport. I can say the sound of the aircrafts etc is really loud especially during the landing and take off. But it is only at certain times. So i think it is not much inconvenience so it is compeletely fine to buy your property in this area. Just my 2 cents.
Another concern for myself would be the beauty of the Spanish design of the house is deteriorated with the overhead electrical wiring, should do with underground instead.

And is like a tussle between interior designer vs accountant... The project going to be completed at mid 2023. Will be nice if you can review that property soon by heading to their showroom. What is the average cost of renovation for own stay for a 1000sqft house with three bedrooms. Would love your input so that I can start saving up money accordingly until the property has been completed.
How about the maintenance fee? MCO won't be forever. So, I don't mind to go to the public park for some fresh air instead of paying maintenance fee and in debt forever. Later on, out of retirement, still has to pay maintenance fee every month.

They've done okay to introduce some Spanish themed elements, but in the end it's all just fake decoration. But as it sets itself apart from the normal terraces, it'll be a welcome change in the landscape.
good idea to have pool right in front of your house but the noise of guests and kids playing will be deafening.. and no privacy at all for these type of layout..
Not a fan of the house design tbh. 1.Those so called Spanish tiles design looks dated to me lol 2. Toilet windows facing the living room. If someone has a bad stomach that day, the smell and noise will be unimaginable. 3. Not a fan of walking into kitchen as my house entrance as well.
The ground floor layout.... mehhh. Jauh gila distance from kitchen to dining area. It can be executed better tho. The developer need to re learn from the typical apartment design to properly adopt it to landed house

There is no such thing called 'taman botani' in Ipoh. We have Bandar Seri Botani which is not in this place. It is situated few km's from here.
