The truck stops...The visiting my old usmc base... Getting to see my fav comedians at the comedy show steps away from whisky-a-gogo in Hollywood CA downtown LA at a magical hostel before I had to go decide whether to try to "try and make it" in LA, or drive north endlessly... Skipped the men's shelter, but Walmart items kept me warm. Cat litter to defog windows. Veteran of the war license plate was useless. Illegal to be homeless. Scared. Depressed.... Your music kept me going. You guys are the best. I take you everywhere I go now. And im all over the globe. It's the love you can find in music, art, dance, or just watching the sky. Me and my wife absolutely love the midnight, again I'm one of those metal/rock kind of guys, and the midnight always takes me back to my childhood days, skateboarding, being free, living in a neighborhood where you felt like you belong, sun high in the sky. Then his ringtone rang, it was midnite synthwave. I said 'u like it too?' being a little skitso minded & skeptical, then he u bottomed his sheriff buttons & underneath there it was 'midnite' shirt. I took a pic. He paid for my Uber I chanced it went to my mom's. And was able to see whom I haven't in awhile . Thank you universe!
