I've had constant testicular pain for almost 2 years. Saw urologist and relayed family history of testicular cancer concerns as both father and grandfather got testicular cancer much later in life. Doctor said a I most likely had infection and needed antibiotics. I was tested prior to visit and no signs of infections. He then wanted to have me take pain meds. I've been on those almost 2 years now. Doctor was not very helpful.
Same thing for me bro its so tiring when so many drs cant figure it out

I was having a sore left nut, it got that bad my left side of my stomach would hurt, I let it get to the point it would drop me to my knees, I ended up in the hospital, put on antibiotics, just did a cat scan today for maybe a hernia…
If you have pain down there, don’t wait, get it checked cause I don’t wish anyone, even my worst nightmare the pain I went through.

Any other lads out there with a varicoele? I have one and my left ball is always frustratingly sensitive accompanied by a dull ache.
dont forget to mention cremaster muscle spasm, herniated disc (L1-L2/L1-T12), Sacrum block and psoas Tension. all these can make the testicles hurt due to referred pain through genitofemoralis and illiolingualis nerve.

I really appreciate the information. I originally suffered orchitis epididymus and was put on a course of oflaxicin which cleared the infecttion. Now my right testicle feels raised and dragging when l walk. Pain in the scrotum,penis,groin and thigh which is relieved with an antibiotic once a day. The doctor will not put me on anymore because of the risk of antibiotic resistance. Awaiting to see a urologist but you have given me great information to consider. Thankyou.

When I was 21 in college, I worked at a grocery store. While unloading a truck, I heard a pop and excruciating pain in my left testicle. Three separate visits to a urologist yielded an ultra sound, viagra, and antibiotics. I am now 57 and still experience sharp and dull pain each day. My left testicle started gradual pain and swollen and the pain and swelling increased very bad. I hospitalized for a week and a lot of antibiotics to get better. There was a chance of surgery but the swelling slowly went down and the pain get better

I get the same thing but the pain only last for a couple of hrs tops, it's always when I'm asleep.
I was once kicked in the testicles directly and had pain and discomfort for about 6 weeks until it went away. It was very painful and it caused my testicles to swell up. I’m ok now but do you know what it could’ve been? It lasted about 6 weeks but went away all on its own?

Consult your doctor. My family is FULL of doctors and nurses and the topic has been brought up about where does the sperm go if I stop. Usually the body just absorbs it. Never heard of it going back down to the testies.

@Leightronn Mines was a torsion I lost the left testicle had to have surgery the urologist told me it was coming and going because it was torsing and correcting itself on its own but my luck finally ran out and the left teste died after getting no bloodflow go to the hospital bro
@@davon6704 i went to the hospital for it last year and they put it down to epydimitis i had ultrsounds done and they gave me antibiotics but it didnt actually seem to help - sorry to hear about your loss

I have epididymitis I have to use a catheter so I’ve had it 4 times now I’ll be needing a round of antibiotics before it gets worse

I keep getting a cyst on just my left testicle (this has been diagnosed by a doctor). It comes and goes but the dull ache and the heavy feeling is rubbish. They say just wear tight fitted underwear to secure them but it's rubbish. Does anyone know how I can relieve the symptoms? I don't really fancy surgery to remove.

@@Damathawrath Thankfully no, it was mearly a consequence of overdoing in physical effort. I usully am sedentary so carrying ~15kg of buckets full of dirt for a day below the sun(34º outside) was a bit too much for my lower body.

I'm turning 18 this year, and I have a random sharp pain in my left lower abdomen every 15 minutes or so and it lasts for about 10 seconds. It also hurts when I touch my left testicle and it sometimes hurts when I walk. My left testicle is slightly higher than the right one too, but I'm pretty sure it always has been.
However, I don't have any swelling, hardness, redness, difficulty passing urine or severe pain.
I'm so confused and I'm kinda worried that I have a testicular torsion. It may be due to the epididymis or varicocele but idk ..?

@@bananaskinnedcow6064 yes! I went to the doctor and I was diagnosed with Epididymitis, and I'm currently on antibiotics.
However, this does not automatically mean you have Epididymitis too, you could just be experiencing growth pains, muscle pain/stress, or something like a varicocele (which is the swelling of veins in your testicle).
I know it's embarrassing as fuck, but it's best to see a doctor. They only examine your testicles for about 1-2 minutes, and it's worth it. There's so many things it can be so it's better to get checked up before it's too late. Don't diagnose yourself. Get well soon :)
@@masnwrdl0511 I went to the doctor 4 days ago about it and she said it should go away. It hasn't got any better tho. I'm just gunna try antibiotics for a bit, if it doesn't get better in a few days I'll go back up there.
What antibiotics do you use? Only If you feel comfortable, I understand if you feel weird telling me.
@@bananaskinnedcow6064 I use ofloxacin (its very strong ⚠️), but there are about 3 other antibiotics that treat your testicles, so I'm not sure if it's okay for you to do that, but you can atleast try I guess. As long as it's not severe constant pain and you have no lump on your balls, you should be okay. Personally, I'd wait it out for a few more days and then try the antibiotics but it's completely up to you. But yeah, I use ofloxacin, which is a strong antibiotic, which can cause tendonitis (which is a very painful rupture and swelling of your feet and ankles) if it's used incorrectly

Probably the hernia. Same happend to me and they found a small hernia which needs sorting. My left testicle is so painful when I touch it or wear tight clothing

When i eat something, low pain starts in my testicals and my testicals goes up and my veins of hand don't show.
When my stomach is empty or i eat healthy food like chicken that are easy to digest, my testicals feel healthy and don't pain and veins of my hands hidden .
