Mainofz: If you don't get what happen and why when d-spell is activated and target your spell card and you chain dust tornado and destroy activated d-spell before D-spell resolve, D-spell still resolve properly even when off the field and still destroy the target spell card, so you might thing the game is broken, the game is not broken, and it happen exactly what is suppose to happen. D-spell his not a continous card, so it is not required to remain on the field to resolve, this also mean destroy does not equal negated, and does not stop the card from working neither normally. Continous card normally if they are destroyed their effect does not applied anymore and resolve with no effect this is not considered negating. Just continous in solo mode first.
