Drogheda (/ˈdrɒhədə, ˈdrɔːdə/ DRAW-həd-ah; Irish: Droichead Átha [ˈd̪ˠɾˠɛhəd̪ˠ ˈaːhə], meaning "bridge at the ford") is an industrial and port town in County Louth on the east coast of Ireland, 56 km (35 mi) north of Dublin. It is located on the Dublin-Belfast corridor on the east coast of Ireland, mostly in County Louth but with the south fringes of the town in County Meath, 49 km (30 mi) north of Dublin. Drogheda has a population of approximately 41,000 inhabitants (2016), making it the eleventh largest settlement by population in all of Ireland. It is the last bridging point on the River Boyne before it enters the Irish Sea. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Newgrange is located 8 km (5.0 mi) west of the town.

Drogheda Now
I think that moving to Ireland, especially to Drogheda, would not be a bad option, but I would also like to know if someone could guide me on what that place is like in terms of the environment, the people, the economy, if there are jobs or not, and if the cost of living in Drogheda is expensive or not in terms of taxes and salary followed by some apartment rental and of course being able to enjoy my favorite team, Drogheda United.
I would like to know more about Ireland and this city

Hi Emilio, I live in Dublin and don't know Drogheda that well, hopefully some other viewers will be able to help, I'll pin your comment
It’s know for having a high crime rate, and from the footage it also sucks…I’ll better to do a bit of research on the neighbourhoods where to stay
